Terms & Conditions

General T&Cs

  • A 20% deposit is required to make a full booking for services.

​

  • Any cancellations withing 1 week before the event will require a full payment.

​

  • Any late payments will be a 5% surcharge on the first 2 days then 5% every week.

Lighting T&Cs

  • A 20% deposit is required to make a full booking for services.

​

  • Any cancellations withing 1 week before the event will require a full payment.

​

  • Any late payments will be a 5% surcharge on the first 2 days then 5% every week.

  • Lighting equipment is not provided 

​

  • A lighting console is not provided (Yet)

PAT Test T&Cs

PAT TEST T&CS

  • A 20% deposit is required to make a full booking for services.

​

  • Any cancellations withing 1 week before the event will require a full payment.

​

  • Any late payments will be a 5% surcharge on the first 2 days then 5% every week.

​

  • I will provide a Pass label with my infomation on it (as well as fail)

​

  • A PAT test device callibration result can be given upon request.

​

Sound Engineer T&Cs

Sound Engineer T&Cs

  • A 20% deposit is required to make a full booking for services.

​

  • Any cancellations withing 1 week before the event will require a full payment.

​

  • Any late payments will be a 5% surcharge on the first 2 days then 5% every week.

​

  • No sound gear is provided, PA, Mics, Cables etc

​

  • No sound console is provided

​

Crew T&Cs

Crew T&Cs

  • A 10% Deposit is required, any cancellations 24hrs before will result in a full charge. Minumum charge of £100 then it is up to your discretion for amount of work and time, if the amount given to me is deemed not acceptable then the minimum charge will go up or a cancellation of bookings. 

​

  • If a any certificates (i.e. DBS, Cherry picker training and first aid) are needed it is your responsibility to check if any are needed​.​

​

Rigging

Rigging T&Cs

  • A 10% Deposit is required, any cancellations 24hrs before will result in a full charge. Minumum charge of £110 then it is up to your discretion for amount of work and time, if the amount given to me is deemed not acceptable then the minimum charge will go up or a cancellation of bookings. 

​

  • If a any certificates (i.e. DBS, Cherry picker training and first aid) are needed it is your responsibility to check if any are needed​.​
