The contact form is a way to directly contact me. This form goes through Wix and is sent directly to me.
Abuse or harassment through the form will not be tolerated, and the police may be involved if necessary.
By completing this form, you agree to the collection of any data you provide. Do not put any personal passwords or unnecessary details on the form.

Content Release Form
By booking me you agree that I may capture and share photos or short videos of the event that include my lighting or technical work for my portfolio, website, showreel, and social media purposes only.
This content is used to showcase my work, not to commercially promote or sell the event or artist.
I will not share any media that reveals confidential information, restricted rehearsals, or portrays performers or crew in an unprofessional manner, and any agreed NDAs, embargoes, or restrictions will be respected.
Where possible, I will credit or tag the artist, venue, and production, and I ask that my role be credited if the content is reposted.
If media sharing is not permitted, this must be confirmed in writing or verbally before the event, as post-event restrictions cannot always be guaranteed.
I may also repost content from official photographers or videographers with credit featuring my work unless specific restrictions apply.
If media sharing is permitted and confirmed verbally or by filling out this form, it will be shared publicly.
Photos may be taken during the event of lighting patch lists, plans and documents; this does not apply to the form.
